Kobciye Community Welfare (KCW) is a registered Somali-led organization dedicated to supporting vulnerable communities through humanitarian assistance, inclusive development, and climate resiliency. Founded by Somali professionals and community leaders, KCW was created to advance dignity, social justice, and equitable opportunities. KCW operates across all Federal Member States and delivers locally driven programs in emergency relief, education, health, livelihoods, legal aid, disability inclusion, climate adaptation, and community empowerment. The organization is respected for its ability to reach underserved populations and mobilize community actors through culturally informed and participatory approaches. With decades of combined field experience, KCW emphasizes local ownership by ensuring that women, youth, and persons with disabilities actively shape program solutions and participate in decision-making.
